Rockwall Christian Academy accepts
students for admission to its programs without regard to race, sex,
national origin, or physical disability.
The Enrollment Process: |

Complete the entire enrollment application and return it to the school office. At the time you return it, please include report cards and/or transcripts as well as attendance information from the school your child is currently attending. Registration and Curriculum fees are due at time of enrollment. |

After the testing is evaluated, you will be scheduled for an appointment to review the testing and interview with the Principal. Please bring the prospective student with you for this appointment. Prior to this appointment, we must have complete paperwork, including immunizations, and financial arrangements on file for your student. |
ADMISSIONS POLICIES:
Students must meet the following requirements for admission consideration:
- At least one parent must be a Christian, a member of a local church, and in regular attendance at the church.
- The student must be in good standing with the previously attended school with regard to conduct as well as financial responsibilities.
- The student must score within an acceptable range on an admission test administered by Rockwall Christian Academy.
- Pre-K students must be four years old by September first in order to apply for admission.
STEPS TO ADMISSION:
- Elementary applicants must provide a Student Recommendation Form from their current homeroom teacher.
- Secondary applicants must provide three Student Recommendation Forms, which includes one from current Math and English teachers and administrator/counselor who has personal knowledge of them.
- Willful withholding of pertinent behavioral history is grounds for dismissal without refunding of any fees or tuition. Any student who has demonstrated an inability to conform to the behavioral requirements of RCA should not apply. Students at any grade level who have been expelled for any length of time from their previous school are not eligible for enrollment at RCA.

- When the pre-admission file is complete, the school office will call to schedule admission testing. A $50 non-refundable testing fee is required at the time of testing.
- After admission testing is completed, an interview with an administrator will be scheduled. Both parents and the student should be present for this interview.
- The administrator, previous records, parent input and entrance testing determine grade placement.
- Applicants will be notified of acceptance. School records or admission data that indicate a significant academic or behavioral problem may result in the student being admitted provisionally. If the student shows the ability to be successful, the provisional status may be lifted.
